By accessing or using the Mepe Khai mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Account Security

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• You may not share your account with others

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app Settings → Danger Zone
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content to provide the service, and use anonymised, aggregated data for analytics.

Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to submit content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, is offensive or abusive, or violates another person's privacy.

No Medical Advice

• The App provides general nutritional information and tracking tools only
• The App does NOT provide medical, health, or dietary advice
• AI-generated nutritional estimates are approximations and may not be accurate
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes

Consult a Doctor First If You Have:

• Eating disorders or history of disordered eating
• Diabetes or blood sugar issues
• Heart disease or cardiovascular conditions
• Kidney disease
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Any chronic health condition or medications affecting diet

The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or use the App for commercial purposes.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App and to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at ksami933@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution within 30 days. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.
